This morning on the radio I heard an interview with a musician who is just getting their name known and they talked about being vulnerable. They talked about playing so many gigs where no one listened and how they had to overcome that, mentally. To be vulnerable is to be intimate. And you can’t do that without having confidence in yourself, even if it isn’t fully there. I think that being vulnerable is scary, but so powerful and can also be so beautiful when embraced. Ah.
